| Oranj was born in 2002, when Flavius Misaras (bass) and Dan Nicolici (guitars) decided to start a new band, something different from what was happening in their hometown those days. Soon Paul (drums) and Tina (vocals) joined the band. Later Dan left the band and the new guitarist Cristi joined in. Oranj played almost all the important festivals in their hometown and opened for some of the most important bands in Romania like Iris, Cargo, Proconsul, Implant Pentru refuz.
The band had the opportunity to play
in 2003 and 2004 at the biggest rock festival in the western part of Romania ROCK LA MURES. This summer the band will perform again at the festival. After that the band will enter the studio to record their demo album. |
